Upcoming Construction Project in Moscow, Russia

Site Insaat has started talks for forming a consortium with SCAP, a Russian contractor for designing and building a new 5-star hotel in Moscow. The hotel, projected to be over 50,000 sqm will be financed partly by SCAP, a New York based hedge fund and Site Insaat. The location and the name of the hotel will be announced soon. Lamartine Hotel Construction Project
Current contracts include design and construction of over 40 extra units for Hotel Lamartine of Istanbul. While the new design is already modified to meet the new site requirements, it also poses some challanges. The hotel will be in operation during most of the construction. The management company is considering closing the hotel for a maximum of only 30 days by the end of the construction. Site Insaat will implement a project management system that will allow the hotel to operate efficiently during the process.
